Krav Maga Training
In 12 lessons, two per week, you’ll learn the most practical and relevant techniques for a “street” environment. You’ll develop and sharpen your self-defense and fighting skills in lessons that range from de-escalating verbal confrontations to defending against handgun threats. Experience full contact, no-holds-barred training against suited attackers in realistic fight-for-survival drills. You’ll also attend an introductory active shooter defense seminar that will cover basic tactics against weapons commonly used by active shooters, and conclude with drills challenging participants to overcome an attacker on the move. Taught by law enforcement and Krav Maga Worldwide’s most senior instructors, this seminar will train you on how to effectively respond to life-threatening situations.
Gain increased strength, energy, and endurance by completing two high-intensity workouts every week, and another two bonus, outdoor workouts over the course of the program. Each workout will push you toward your fitness goals, no matter your fitness level. You’ll see the results of your efforts with pre- and post-program testing.
Learn and build sustainable eating habits that will keep you accountable to your goals. In the first week, you’ll get expert coaching on healthy eating and meal prep in an interactive seminar with Todd Harwood. Gain useful knowledge on how to efficiently prep multiple healthy meals that will accommodate your diet and schedule to help you achieve real results. And, you’ll be able to measure your progress with pre- and post-program body fat testing.
