Krav Maga Worldwide stresses the importance of regular Krav Maga training. Once Krav Maga becomes part of your life, it’s imperative that you keep the practice alive and strong by incorporating it into your daily routine.

Frequency of Training

Of course, your training regimen depends on how long you have been involved with Krav Maga. This self-defense system is incredibly intense, and therefore beginners may want to start training about twice a week before transitioning to a more committed routine. As students become more acclimated to the physically demanding lessons, they begin to improve and can start taking on more lessons.  Over time, the body will grow more accustomed to Krav Maga training, and trainees will start to witness dramatic changes within their bodies.

As students grow stronger, they will find themselves more and more prepared for the various opportunities that come with advancing in Krav Maga. At Krav Maga Worldwide, we aim to provide multiple resources and instructors for individuals at every level of their Krav Maga journey.

For students who already have a steady relationship with Krav Maga, we recommend training at least two or three times a week. With this  self defense system, it’s important to keep the body in top physical shape. Skipping training sessions can erase months of hard work. Krav Maga training can be intense, and it’s important that your mind and body retain all the knowledge you take away from training sessions.

At Krav Maga Worldwide, we make it easy for our students to train frequently while working around chaotic schedules. We offer various classes throughout the week, giving our students the necessary time to grow into proficient fighters. Some of our students even take three or four classes back-to-back – that’s how addictive Krav Maga can be!

Keeping it Healthy

Physical strength and health are among our top priorities  While it’s important to train on a regular basis, it’s equally crucial not to overexert the body.  Working out when your body is exhausted will only weaken your muscles and hinder your personal development. It’s simple; if you’re feeling overworked or exhausted, give your body a break.

Our trainers are here for you. Whether you’re new to Krav Maga or have been training for years, we’ll assist you in finding a training program that fits your schedule and body. Twice a week or twice a day, our instructors are prepared to find the Krav Maga training schedule that works for you.
