Maximize efficiency and refine your techniques!
Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency during punching, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag. KM Bag workouts build stronger bodies and improved mental toughness.
Boxing gloves or bag gloves are recommended, so speak with a Krav Maga Worldwide instructor to learn which gloves you should look into purchasing. If you choose to work with boxing gloves instead of bag gloves, we also recommend that you wear wraps.
