5 Rounds at each movements. You may start at A or B. Complete all rounds of one exercise before moving to the next

A.) 30 sec work:30 sec rest

Bike for cals

Double KB Squat

Sit Ups for reps (feet anchored)

2 min Recover and Transition

B.) 30 sec work:30 sec rest

Shuttle Run (10ft back and forth-every 10 ft = 1 rep)

Hand Release Push Ups

KBS

The concept is to start the first :30 at a moderate pace and see if you can sustain or increase reps each set there after. Record number of reps per exercise for A and B.
