Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone knew of good resources for female MMA fighting. I spent some time online searching and found a lot of JUNK, and it’s very frustrating (including an MSN groups thing that had some really degrading things on it). Do any of you know which websites would have information about training, etc? I’m kind of curious, since I AM female, and would like to know more about what the girls do to train,etc.

Go to http://www.mma.tv. In my opinion, it’s the biggest and best martial arts forum in the world. Anything you want to know you can most definitely get an answer there (just watch out for some of the trolls).
