I live in Long Beach CA and found this training facility as it is relatively close. Anyone have experience with or attend this facility? Any ideas of other schools to possibly check out?

I’ve been there only once for a seminar, but it’s a nice place, two big rooms. Alan, the owner, is a real nice guy. Here’s the website:

I was just looking for some feedback. I take my first lvl 1 class there tonite to try it out. I have done a lot of research on different places locally and just wanted some first hand responses. The gym can be the best in the world but the people that you train with always has a huge impact on whether you choose it as a home or not.
