I thought this was brilliant! Shows that age is no barrier to being able to defend yourself 😀
Certainly makes a change from the constant stream of \”even more people mugged/murdered/stabbed etc than before\” news I hear every day.
Good for \”grandad\”! I loved this:
\”I saw his boot coming towards my face and I thought: ‘No you don’t, sunshine.’ I grabbed his leg and twisted it until he too was screaming out in agony.
\”Then I got to my feet and kicked him in the chest.\”
No you don’t, sunshine… priceless!
This reminds me of something I saw a while back- on the Today show or something, they were talking about the birthdays of those over 100. One man, who turned 100 that day, was asked what his advice to long life was. \”push ups and minding my own business\” he said.
\”The last I saw of them they were limping down the pavement like a WW1 trench raiding party who got clobbered.\” 😆
