I have my first test coming up next weekend! Any advice? Our school does not test that often (once every 5 months or so) so I haven’t had the chance to watch one.
Also, my brother is interested in krav and is looking at a krav maga federation school. Does anyone know if krav maga federation is good?
Thanks
Re: A few questions
If you test is a big one like mine was yesterday: electrolytes, power bars, a bannanna and 5 shirts.
Oh and a “Cant fail” attitude. If your not doing Cardio work start doing a little to get use to it.
Re: A few questions
Toughest part is not giving up….you’ll be sore and tired, and something will hurt. You’ll wan to quit…but don’t keep pushing yourself through it.
Re: A few questions
Carb load the night before. Hydrate yourself well in advance! I brought a gallon of water with me to my test and it was empty by the time it was over.
Funny thing is I weighed myself when I got home and I still droped 5 pounds. LOL Good Times
I also suggest not to test with a chest infection, makes breathing a little hard.
