Hi everyone,
I used to post a little back on the old board when I was actively training. I haven’t trained KM since I left Denver a few years back, and have since taken up BJJ. I was thinking about cross training on my own a little bit and my mind drifted back to Krav, so I’m back. I’ll be checking the boards out and probably working out of Darren and John’s book as much as I can. Hop everyone is doing well and staying safe, and I hope I can contribute some stuff regarding ground work for my part!
