For Level 1. Before Krav, I had no experience whatsoever in any form of martial arts or self-defense. I couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn! And now finally, I’m doing my first test ever of this sort. Thank you, and wish me luck!

Watch your pace, don’t wear yourself out in the first 15 mins, pace yourself! And don’t give up!
