I was wondering what everyones favorite songs to train to are? Just trying to get some ideas for some good music to get the aggression up.
Krav Jeff keeps telling me classic N’Sync but I just don’t see it.

January 30, 2007 at 10:18 pm #52130anonymousMemberPersonally, I always enjoy the peace and quiet that comes during those rare times when the stereo is broken or someone forgets to switch it on.
If you absolutely need music to find the motivation to fight off your 300 pound knife-wielding rapist inside that dark park, then how about going for something different?
There are a lot of good Spanish language bands. I like Estopa, #1 band in Spain, especially albums \”Destrangis\”, \”La Calle Es Tuya\” (that one won a Grammy). I also like their first album \”Estopa\”, but it may be too \”Spanish\” (touch of Flamenco) for those ordinary American folks.
Also Cafe Quijano, \”La Taberna del Buda\”.
Bersuit (from Argentinia).
Then there’s always Molotov (probably the most aggressive one, if that’s what you’re looking for).
Or you could just smash the stereo and train in tranquility…. 8)

Mamady Ijalit Keita: YankadiJanuary 31, 2007 at 5:18 am #52139unstpabl1MemberI like a to mix it up,but i like it quiet as I want to work on my self talk while training. Programing myself for success gets harder when there is a steady hypnotic beat and competing affirmations from songs. However upbeat kick ass songs can kick a workout up a notch sometimes. I just want to work on my mental toughness as well, because yhat will be a bigger detrement to me than lack of conditioning. We all are only as strong as our weakest link. That said the thai music they play in their gyms and during fights always annoyed me so much I could punch thru steel Second only to rap 🙄
