I just got back into Krav after being carjacked in November. Training saved my life,but it didn’t keep me from being on life support for awhile, or from being raped. When I got back to classes, I asked the instructor how to defend against being choked with something other than hands and how to fight inside of a car. Guess that is Level 4…

What I think of the clip? The woman was damn lucky. Oh, and we need to train more on how to fight back after being hit in the head, simulating the feel of a concussion.
