    New guy here. Been training for about 3 months. In a word WOW! I have trained with weights for over 14 years, thought I was in pretty good shape. Wow! was I ever wrong. I reckon another 6 months of Krav and I will be in the best shape of my life! Or dead.:box2:

    Welcome Eason,

    Ah, you’ve discovered how much fun KM can be. Don’t feel bad – we’ve all been there at one time or another (sometimes more than once). The important thing is enjoy what you’re doing and don’t be afraid to ask questions . Take it at your pace and just slowly push yourself as far as you can.

    Thanks for the upbeat advice. I am having a blast! All the people are very respectful to me and of course me to them. I can hardly wait for the first level test, I think.

    Welcome! I am glad you are loving your training so much.

    You will survive… that’s why we have the AED’s… if you stroke out, we’ll just zap you back to life and call it a “drill”…. :box:
