We just finished doing ‘Crab-Walk’ Suicides across the floor.
(i.e.-face up with back suspended over the floor).
Remind me never to complain about spiderman pushups anymore.————————————————————–
BTWAfter noticing the sweat-puddles the men were leaving on the floor,one woman made the following comment:
“You know”,she says,
Men Sweat…
Women glow….& sprinkle glitter on the floor

“Ah, no sir I think I’ll just sit this one out.”Personally there are alot of drills and exersizes that are less then fun. Anyone who has a good strength and conditioning coach will love and hate that person at the same time.
However the drills that suck the most are usually just pointing out weak spots and they are the ones you should do more of.
If I don’t leave my class completley exhusted and fatigued I didn’t work hard enough.

The wife is dragging me (I mean treating me) to go to a Barry Manalow concert this weekend.
He’s performing at a casino.
Today’s conditioning included a ‘Blackjack’.
Now I don’t feel like gambling there.
