Has anyone ever used dit da jow for bruises? I have a friend who trains in KF and recommended it after I complained about mine. I bruise pretty easy these days due to the fact I’m on blood thinners. Been using Arnica gel but wondered if DDJ was more effective.
Re: Dit da jow for bruises?
I used to use it back in the day.
I use Arnica now since you can buy it anywhere and it has no smell wont stain your clothes etc. Its good to put on before you train as well especially old knees and shoulder injuries.
Re: Dit da jow for bruises?
CJs Dad, I am going to try Arnica ,during classes sometimes my shoulder gets a little sore and tightens up no matter how much i warm up or stretch. Just enough to slow me down.
Re: Dit da jow for bruises?
One of my old Kung Fu instructors is a Master Chinese Herbalist and they (old KF instructors) swear by it. I am making a big batch now. Don’t put it on open skin unless you want a huge pucker factor. DAMHIK!
