Just started Krav Maga in East Lyme, CT through Gabriel Martial Arts (GMA). These guys/gals know their stuff. My two (2) daughters joined up with me and are ages 24 and 26. They love it as do I. Great workouts, great skills, and great people all around. Looking forward to advancing with this defense technique and learning more through this forum.
