Does anybody remember where Garddawg posted his simple eating guideline? It was in a recent thread but I can’t find it. He already wrote it so I don’t want to bother him again when I know its Here.
TIA

You know my number, bother me anytime you want.
From Coach Glassman:
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds,
some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep
intake to levels that will support exercise but
not body fat.■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean,
squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly,
master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups,
dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to
handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.
Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.■ Five or six days per week mix these ele-
ments in as many combinations and patterns
as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
Keep workouts short and intense.■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
It can be found in on of the first CrossFit Journals along with an excellent article: “What is Fitness and Who is Fit?”.

I hope this is not against the rules. But the best diet book i have ever read is called “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”. It is an excellent pdf book that is an easy read and it tells you in a nice easy to understand way on the best way to eat for maximum weight loss.
