Hi there,
maybe this question already exists but searching did not really give results.
I have seen clips (YouTube etc), where people bow in the beginning or end of the practice and the instructor said a word (Hebrew?)… do you know about this? What do they do in your class?

Hi Alex,
Yup, we ‘bow’ to a picture of Imi, our instructor and ourselves. One says Kidah.
