Hi everyone! I have been attending Krav Maga Regina for the past year and a half under the instruction of Richard Kim. I just started level 3 training shortly before Christmas. I work as a 3D computer graphics animator and modeler so I tend to spend most of my time in front of a computer. After many years of little of no physical activity I decided I needed to get involved in some kind of physical activity that would hold my interest. I had always been fascinated by martial arts so one night I browsed the yellow pages of the local phone book and an add for Krav Maga training jumped off the page at me and I remebered thinkign to myself “isn’t this that effective Israeli self defence system that I had seen on TV years ago”! I decided to give it a try and became hooked. I have never really found excercising just for the sake of staying healthy very fun or motivating but I soon found I was quickly getting in shape with Krav Maga without really realising it because it was so fun and involving. It is a very peaceful and calming feeling knowing that I would stand a very good chance at successfully defending myself in the majority of violent situations if confronted with them.

i’ m looking for a qualified krav maga instructor knowing krav maga well ( if possible other self defence systems like sambo or brazilian jiu jitsu etc…but this is in option ) to work in the british virgin islands

work 2H per day at the begining and after more if you want depending of the demand = more clients =possible more hours if you will
