Hello, All …
I’m a 62 year old, out-of-shape, nearly retired high school teacher who is looking for a way to finally get in shape. A friend of mine (a policeman who teaches resistance training) has talked me into taking Krav Maga and I’m going to do that beginning in June. Everyone says I will enjoy myself and I hope that’s true. I figure the worst that can happen is that I’ll have a good time. Wish me luck!
