hi guys, i’ve just joined your happy gang from the safety of my laptop in the UK!
I have been doing Krav for just over a month, and it rocks! I have been teaching self-defence to my colleagues in the Metropolitan Police here in London for over 7 years, and after going on about Krav and how great it was, i found a local club and joined straight away.
it is so perfect, the principles are easy to understand and pick up, and you can take it as far as you want, but hey, i’m preaching to the converted here!
Send me mails with any tips, keep in touch, but don’t forget i’m in GMT, so it’s evening here when you guys are getting out of bed for work. All mails replied to.
