Just found this forum and it looks like there is a lot good stuff!
I train in AZ and have been training for about 2 years. Wrestled through highschool but no previous MA experience. Found Krav after my kids were in Karate for a couple of years. I was going to train in Karate but really did not see value in spending years on the various forms. I am not knocking the art the discipline and focus required were great for my kids but I wanted something more challenging from a physical standpoint. I ended up talking to a number of people and doing research for a few months. I have friend that has spent years training and competing in TKD at a very high level and he agreed that Krav would be one of the better choices. I am still very happy with my decision and love the training!
