Hi all! posting from the ATX as a newb both to KMWF and to Krav Maga in general.
I have been interested in Krav for years, but I have continued to let opportunities to learn pass me by while my (already out of shape) body continued to decline. This year I reached 210 at 5’8″ and realized I needed a major change.
I am now on the Slow-Carb Diet and have already lost some weight and have signed up for unlimited Krav classes at a local studio. Ready to have some fun, learn some defense, and get in shape!
