Hello from DC and Central Virginia

Hello,

I just started taking classes at Krav Maga DC:

I have an Orange Belt in Tae Kwon Do from when I took it at the age of 14.I am 34 now.

I also took some Hapkido/Yudo classes for a few weeks recently in Spotsylvania, VA but they didn’t suit my work life schedule.

I have no one and nothing but my kids and wife. No friends or family other than that.

I took this up because I have made plenty of ememies and not willfully either. Being me was enough to do the trick. I also need the conditioning because of high blood pressure.

Well just thought that I would say hi before I become a post monster!
