Hello ladies and Gents,
I’m training out of RHEK/F2F here in Charlotte. I do both Krav and BJJ, but have had some past experience in wrestling and Muay Thai.
I’ve been doing Krav for about a year now, and absolutely love it!

Training at Ryan’s – how excellent! I’ve gotten to train a few times with him and Jeff Jimmo when they’ve come to Pete’s place here.
Hard to believe we pay these people so we can get beat up and smile about it afterwards :D:

Tell me about it.
I’ve done a fair share of martial arts at various other gyms, and have yet to find a place like RHEK. I absolutely cannot get enough of it. Getting beat up is half the fun!
