I’ve just started going to a Krav Maga class in swansea
Loving it already, the warm up is great and is making me feel healthier and the moves are simple, effective, just great to learn
I took the class up as I live in a rough area and don’t know alot about fighting, its already made me feel better, and I’ve signed up to go as much as possible so hopefully I’ll be a bit more confident in a few months
I’ve signed up here so I can pick up some more information about it
