my daughter holly earned her 2 degree black belt in tae kwon do last night from morris dynamics martial arts training center after a long journey and lots of hard work i’m very proud of her!
here is a picture of her with her instructor
i might add that she is also a yellowbelt in judo and takes krav with me

Congrats! It’s an awesome feeling seeing your kids accomplish such hard tasks.

Awesome! The little girl in my avatar is my 2-year-old. She’s already doing burpees, pushups, situps etc… with her own little ‘modifications’! I’m looking forwards to having her actually training with me. She already wants to know everything i’m learning at “class” and I’ve promised I’ll start showing her some things when she gets a little older and more responsible. They grow up so quick.
