Hey everyone! I’ve only taken 1 Krav Maga class so far but I think I may have found a new obsession. I recently moved to Raleigh from Southern California and my best friend/roommate is heavily into martial arts. She competes in jiu jitsu and took me with her to one of her training classes. I loved it, but the whole competition aspect just isn’t for me, so I thought I’d try something else that was more aimed at fitness and self defense. Krav Maga seemed perfect, and though I’ve only taken 1 class, I can tell I love it! I’ve been doing hot yoga for several years now, but I still felt like something was missing. I think I may have found it 🙂
