I wouldn’t like to be your sparring partner when you do.
Re:
In the KM Fitness class last Saturday our cute \”demonic\” lady instructor cheerfully told us that \”today’s theam is jumping!\”.
We did some moves a little like that, but not nearly as high and we did not take a running jump.
\”Jump! Jump! Jump and knee, Jump and kick, Jump, Jump, Jump!\”
By the end of the class I was ready to be knocked out.
ok, i think i got it after watching it several times. yamamoto kinda pumps one knee up but then knocks out miyata with the other knee. I think miyata was thrown off by the initial pump to get air. you see his head move away from the pumping knee in the slow motion replay.
ok, i’m going to go practice in class now 😆
I love the flying knee knockouts. I hate that media player on that site, though. The sound comes in way before the video.
Sometimes for fun, I’ll throw in the flying knee, and sometimes fake by bringing the knee up, then kicking the same leg back and shoot out a punch off the same side arm- it looks like that move from Troy.
I think that was the fastest fight I have ever seen.
