So I am riding tonight and I hit a rut and the fork does a twist thing and I go over the handle bars, I tuck and roll and am ok and then just as I am facing back toward the bike its fliping over towards me (I was trucking fairly fast, thanks to KM fitness classes), and it is heading straight towards my face and my KM \”Sensi’s\” voice pops into my head \”Keep your hands up!\”, and my hands spring into the standard defensive position and the bike bounces harmlessly off — Krav Maga Rocks!
