Krav Maga in Winston-Salem NC area?

Hello,

I am wondering if people know of any other places, and what they know about the following places:

Kernersville Krav Maga (Allen Branch’s My Fitness One, an IKI affiliate)
Superior Martial Arts (ATA affiliated school that teaches Krav Maga)
North Carolina Krav Maga (KMWW affiliate in Greensboro)
American Martial Arts (“American Combatives”… not ostensibly krav maga… but do you guys know anything about it?)

Anyone know of any more classes or anything about these?
