LOL….yeah, that was definitely a compliment, Bob. It was also a small homage to a long-ago quote referring to the similarities & differences between the citizens of the US and the UK. I believe that was written by George Bernard Shaw…..if memory serves me correctly.
Anyhow, yes, Bob….having lived in Geneva and re-learning French “on the fly” for my job with the OMS/WHO, I can well appreciate your challenges in studying International Business & Management in English.
You are doing quite well.
Peace,
Mario

Hey Mario,
thanks:):, young people in Holland grow up with English as a second language. English is taught in school from a very early age and there is a lot of English on TV, we only use subtitles and no sinchronisation (no sure if that the right term and if I’m spelling it correctly) so if you ever come to Holland you will not have to worry about learning to speak Dutch:):

Maybe, Bob…but I’d still make the effort! 😉

Bob,
Just to clarify, there are in fact three Master levels i.e. 1-3 under the IKMF structure. Eyal Yanilov is a Master 3, Gabi Noah a Master 2 etc. I can only think of four people who hold these rank levels.
Regards,
Andy

Hi Andy,
I understand, I saw no rank levels for Master on the site that explained the other levels so I was not sure. I did not want to post anything that I was not sure of so… Do you have any idea what Amnon Darsa’s level is? I will be attending a seminar where he will be the head teacher in Rotterdam on the 29th of November. Which I am looking forward to VERY much.
thanks for the explanation.
regards,
Bob

Can anybody tell me what the cost and time commitment is to get KM instructor certified?
November 8, 2008 at 5:54 pm #70787andy-mMemberRe: Krav Maga intensive courses
Hi Bob,
No worries. As at about six months ago Amnon Darsa was Expert Level 5 I believe. While I think of it, the other two IKMF Master level instructors are Avi Moyal and Eli Ben Ami.
Hope you have a wonderful time training with Mr Darsa.
Regards,
Andy

James Hiromasa hosts a Winter Camp in Colorado every year, NTC in LA hosts a Summer Camp, and we host a Fall Camp in NC. I am sure there are plenty of other opportunities as well.

IKMF Norway has an international summercamp every year. There are allways international trainees and people with everything from no experience to instructors. We have had lots of people from Netherlands, last camp we had 4 people, one with no background. If you talk to IKMF Netherlands I belive they will recomend our camp.
