That might just be the dumbest fuc king thing I’ve ever seen…. The little doughy instructor was making me laugh. Several minutes of my life I won’t get back.

Seemed really poorly acted. The host Duncan is on the Ultimate Krav Maga DVDs but this “show” seems pretty dumb indeed.
