Membership structure

Hi guys, this is a good place to discuss membership pricing and structure.
We are feeling a little bit of the fallout from the media screaming about a recession, but not too much. It got me thinking, though, about how to improve retention, have up-sale ability, and have an enticing entry price.

I am a firm believer that if you want to be successful, hang out with other successful people! That plus education and you can’t loose. So I would love to hear what others around the country are doing with their pricing (Although there only appears to be 3 of us in this section).

For the last 6 months, we’ve used an ‘upgrade’ type membership format that goes somthing like this:
-$99 a month basic training (2 classes a week in krav maga)
-$119 a month advanced training (unlimited KM plus 1 conditioning and basic fight)
-$139 a month expert training (unlimited KM+contitioning+all fight)
