So i’ve had 2 rib injuries since starting KM 3 months ago both times the damage seems to have been disproportional to the impact. So my instructor and i discused that my rib cage may be a weak spot and i need to work on building up the muscles in/around my ribs. He has me working on one excercise, kinda like rope pulls standing up with bungie cord using short movements. I wanted to ask all you guys for suggestions on additional excercises to help me build up this area. Thanks.
