    So i’ve had 2 rib injuries since starting KM 3 months ago both times the damage seems to have been disproportional to the impact. So my instructor and i discused that my rib cage may be a weak spot and i need to work on building up the muscles in/around my ribs. He has me working on one excercise, kinda like rope pulls standing up with bungie cord using short movements. I wanted to ask all you guys for suggestions on additional excercises to help me build up this area. Thanks.

    I’m no medical professional but, depending upon the types and locations of the injuries you have sustained, “building up” may or may not help…
