I think the guy’s name is Paul or Peter Vanek? He’s well known for his ability to crack a motorcycle helmet with his bare hands and he’s known for teaching close combat techniques. There’s one, apparently, of him protecting his girlfriend in a simulated restaurant confrontation.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me remember this guy’s name.
