John, I have tried emailing the law enforcement training division with some questions but have not got a reply, is there a better contact email or phone number than the one on the web? If so can you email me with the info.

I thought I’d answer here to others can see it, too.

Jon, the Director of our Force Training Division, is a longtime KM instructor (longer than me, actually), a defensive tactics instructor for LA Sheriff Department, and a search and rescue deputy as well. Very talented, very smart, very experienced guy.

I worked with Jon all last week, and I’d like to echo what JW said. He’s a great instructor and person. It was some of the best training I’d ever received, and the guest speakers/instructors were top-notch.
