Wow….
Thank you to Mr. Eric for an amazing test last night. My forearms are hamburger this morning. 35 people from all 4 levels, 100 degrees plus in the studio. I went through a half gallon of gatoraide and a full gallon of water in 4 hours. To my testing partners Jack and Elizabeth.. thank you. It was really nice to work with professionals who take their training seriously, but still have fun. Krav Maga has changed me as a person, last night reaffiemed that.
I am going back to bed now….
