This brief video is a recap of a class that I had just taught on the subject of trapping in Krav Maga. The class was almost 2 hours long so this video does not go into as much detail and their is a lot more on the subject I plan to teach at a later date.
I need to go back to the Flip cam as the phone video seems to have too many glitches.
