So I am 8 weeks out from Phase A and I have had my training turned up a notch. I am so excited and nervous at the same time but I am confident that with the help of Mike and Travis @ KM Moscow I will be successful in June. Tonight I had a killer workout!!

Rested for about 20 min then 10 rounds of Bas/Boxing “shadow” with either crunches or squats between rounds.
