Below is quite an interesting video about the US army learning BJJ. Personally I think that some of the moves we learn in krav for similar situations are easier and faster to pull off but it’s worth a watch if you havenít seen it before.

I’d actually seen this previously – I think it’s pretty interesting, and educational. Especially for those of us who have little to no ground training outside of Krav. I agree – Worth a watch.

It’s no different from any basic BJJ techniques. Or they’ve not shown any secret weapons in this one. It’s a good idea to step into BJJ course anywhere.
