Does anyone have any experience with wall mounted uppercut bags? I’ve been looking into getting one as a solution to my “noisy bob” problem that I posted about earlier.
The Windy one looks good, as it’s 32″ tall as opposed to 24″ w/ most of the other makes.

Does anyone have one, or at least worked with one? Usefull? Sturdy? Can you knee/kick ’em?
