I’d probably practice in a slow current.A fast current could wash me too far downstream to get back to my starting place.

I notice you are from Spain and from your question you are asking which Krav Maga is the best to train under? Well if it is “real” Krav Maga is should be good. What is available for you in your area?

If you’ve got the opportunity to go to spain and train with Andres Bravo I would stringly recommend him to you.
