Xtreme Krav Maga and Fitness hosted a womens self defense seminar at Saint Louis University college. It went very well. It was free to benefit the T.A.K.E foundation that helps raise money for students who have been attacked on campus. It is amazing once you can get them past their fear of fighting back, the power that they can unleash!
