I’ve got a similar question I was looking for a fun way to loose weight and my friend is in to cage fighting he is studing JiuJitsu and MUI THAI, so I wanted to find my one style so I found Krav Maga and I like it, so is Krav Maga going to be affective enough against him :abx: if not what other style should I mix with Krav?
