Re: Toronto Fight and Fitness.
Hi there – I just wanted to echo Aubrey’s statements. I’ve had the chance to train with Rob and the other instructors from Toronto on multiple occasions. They are a great bunch and extremely good instructors. Good luck and enjoy!

What level are people generally at when they arrive for their phase A training?
I have been training for about three years in Krav Maga and will be taking my green belt test next month. After that, I am considering tackling the Phase A course. The prospect of passing along all of the knowledge I’ve gathered over the years is exciting!
Just curious where I will fit in amongst the other “participants” in terms of experience.
Thanks!

I always liked high-intensity demos in the intro classes…they have that “wow” factor that new students like and will come back for. Watching an instructor execute a technique in real time and then say “now you go do it!” is a great motivator and gives everyone something to work towards.
Other than that, keeping every class fun with new material is paramount!

I guess I can consider myself lucky…my KM school has fantastic trainers who are genuinly dedicated to their students. Good news for me as it is the only school within an hour drive!
