    You will definitely get bruises from practicing 360 defenses.

    no you can not. Its against the nature of the attack and the defense. We have outside defenses like 360 to deal with attacks that come from outside the width of the shoulder and inside defenses for attacks that come from within the width of the shoulders. There is a reason why they are different.You wouldnt use a hammer to screw in a bolt.

    Here is a brief explanation of the technique I was talking about.
    I am having problems uploading stuff to my youtube account so I uploaded it to Facebook and made the video public so I think it should be visible. But it was filmed in 1080HD so the quality on facebook is weak.I hope to have a better version up on youtube soon.
