Re: Great Km Book
Having trained with various established instructors over the years and Boaz one on one I can confidently say that his technical knowledge is second to none. I realize some instructors emphasize drill techniques to perfection the whole point of KM is based on reality therefore the emphasis needs to be on the basics and how to adapt our bodies to all situations which Boaz does. As far as the hands down approach to groin strikes it’s for a pendulum motion to gain the most leverage, we’re not practicing martial arts here, maximum damage in minimal time. I use the book and DVDs constantly when I’m away training alone, practice does not make perfect, only perfect practice does.
