i thought it was kind of femine as well but hell im a male nurse so i gave it a shot anyway..not a chic thing at all. many men would benefit from it

I’m with you on that one. I know it works but when I’m at Pete’s, I need to BEAT up something..or vice versathumbsuprofl2
That’s one of the few classes I’ve never taken at Pete’s.

If I had men that looked like the one’s in La Rev’s post, yeah I would probably take yoga. But the people it that class look NOTHING like that, actually I think they are the “anti” to them…

Do a search on PNF stretching. I started doing a while back before some bad back pain that I sustained and it was working well for me. On bag days I was also doing dynamic stretches.
