    I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this posted before but the search function returns an error for me.

    I’m looking for the criteria/skills that are required to pass level 1. If anyone can lead me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

    They may be listed somewhere on the main site, but not sure. There is also a curriculum booklet that your school should have. Also, John’s book shows all of the required techniques in detail ( \”Complete Krav Maga\” by John Whitman and Darren Levine).

    A. Neutral Stance
    B. Fighting Stance

    II. Movement

    A. Forward, Back, Left, Right
    B. Shadow Boxing
    C. Movement while on the Ground

    III. Punches

    A. Straight Punch

    C. Palm Heel Strike
    D. Eye Strike/Throat Strike
    E. Straight Punch with an Advance

    What are the time requirements to test for Yellow belt and between the different belts?

    Dont know about your school – but at our school we dont have any formal time requirments. That said, if you come ask us we will be honest with you about whether or not we think you will pass the test….
